We offer the following:

You are welcome to drop by and take a look at what we do, either as a spectator or a participant.
Our first practice for beginners Fall 2008 is held on:
Wednesday 20. Wednesday - at 5:00 pm, room 5 at Blindern Atlethica
It is also possible to join later if you can't make it to the first practice. Time of practice.
The fee for beginners is 375 NOK (OSI membership, 75 NOK and admittance to the premises to all the sport facilities, 650 NOK, comes in addition).
Now and then we gather at the pub after practice. This is a great opportunity to talk, ask questions and get to know each other better.
