Have you been wanting to try out this traditional japanese martial
art for a long time? Or do you just think karate looks like a lot of fun?
We offer the following:
- Practice with skilled instructors

You are welcome to drop by and take a look at what we do, either as a spectator or a participant.

Our first practice for beginners spring 2012 is held on:
Monday january 23rd, at 7.00 pm
Room 2C at Domus Athletica
It is also possible to join later if you can't make it to the first practice. (See our practice schedule).
All you need is some light training clothes (no shoes). Come join us!
The fee for beginners is 375 NOK (OSI membership,
75 NOK and admittance to the premises to all the sport facilities, 700 NOK, comes in addition).
Now and then we gather at the pub after practice. This is a great opportunity to talk, ask questions and get to know each other better.
